| Job Description: |

Responsible for leading the evaluation of IT
infrastructure, operations & application systems in a global environment
with a goal of ensuring design & functioning of effective & efficient
controls.

Audit of complex applications, evaluation of
operating practices including security, disaster recovery, data center
operations, system dependability & associated data.

Corporate audit offers exciting & challenging
engagements, exposure to diverse operations & high-level management

| Qualifications: |
-
A minimum of a BS/BA in MIS, Finance, Engineering
or Accounting is required. 6 to 10 years experience in ERP
environments, including a preference for SAP experience.

System implementation experience & at least 4 years
in an IT audit capacity is preferred, in a manufacturing environment.
-
Big 4 experience, CISA certification and/or Sigma
Green Belt/Black Belt certification are strongly preferred.
-
Travel 65%, includes international travel. Foreign
language skills a big plus.

Responsible for the daily maintenance &
administration of the Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) consolidation
system used in global management & external reporting.
-
Support the monthly & quarterly consolidation
process of the financial results of the Company.

Develop applications to improve the various
reporting functions to aid in reporting & analysis.

Assist in evaluating & implementing system
enhancements. Train user base in system capabilities.
-
Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from global
user base in Accounting, Finance & Tax departments.

| Qualifications: |
-
BS in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 3 -5 years
working in a consolidations group utilizing HFM or comparable software.
-
Strong project management skills are essential.
SAP and/or Oracle experience a plus.
